Lorraine Patterson

Lorraine Patterson has a master’s in management and has managed in several capacities, for over 20 years. She started her career in Property Management in 2019 and obtained her leasing license in 2019. Managed Scattered Sites, Senior Buildings and Family Housing. Majority of her Property Management experience has been in Affordable Portfolio’s. Mrs. Patterson was instrumental in training and bringing her prior employer in compliance with completing 157 recert’s (2018-2022) within three months. Skilled in organization, problem solving, conflict/resolutions and meeting critical deadlines. My goal is to provide quality customer service to our residents and maintain the integrity of my leadership.
